Prepare A Wine Pairing For Your Dishes

About:

I am happy to find wines that will go well with your dishes.

All you have to do is provide me with your dish ingredients and I will take care of the rest :)

Example: Venison dish

Venison is quite a bit leaner than most beef cuts with a finer texture which tends to favour more elegant wines such as red Burgundy, Barolo or mature Bordeaux - certainly when it’s served as a roast or a fillet. Pinot noir is also particularly good with a venison tartare.

Particular wines that go well with venison:

-Barolo’s ripe dark fruit flavours mask the gaminess of Venison, and the truffle-like flavours in this wine go perfect with any earthy vegetables on the side or in a Venison Stew.

My recommendation: 2013 Paolo Scavino, Barolo 25.47£ (half bottle)

-Some Bordeaux do require ageing, but these wines will be fine with a rich venison stew where the fat content and protein will help tame the tannin. Less expensive bottles of Bordeaux will perfectly partner up with grilled Venison Steak or Burgers.

My recommendation: 2006 Chateau Langoa-Barton 3rd Growth St Julien 47.80£
