Whether you're a salesperson, broker, or simply listing your property for sale or rent yourself, this service is just right for you. I will write a listing description for your property that encompasses all of the important details, while making it stand out from the rest!All you have to do is:
- Send me the basic facts. How many bedrooms & bathrooms? Whats the total square footage? Does it have a garage? New appliances, paint, etc.?
- Share some photos with me. This will help me figure out what features the property has that I can highlight to make it stand out.
- Provide the property address. I will research neighborhood comps and highlights in order to incorporate points of interest and other neighborhood facts in the description.
