Communication was good but was disappointed with the service, maybe i was expecting too much, but i outsource someone to write descriptions for me because i was worried that if i done them myself, then i'd end up with very similar descriptions between products. After received my delivery for 35 descriptions i was disappointing to see so much copy and paste descriptions between products that had no relevance to each other, also looks like she searched amazon listings and just copied them, sprinkled a little bit of details that i already had on my listings to fill it out, size and dimensions etc. Over-all not very impressed, as i'm left with an excel sheet full of words i can't use.
